Emily joined the team in 2015 quickly grasping the business she grew up alongside. Popular with customers, Emily soon raised Indigo’s profile, working hard through the ranks to her appointment as Sales Director in 2019. At home, Emily’s enjoyment of interior design and creative up-cycling projects provides lots of ideas for the team, Emily’s transformations even inspired Phil to get his paint brush out! Imparting a wealth of innovating ideas, Steve founded The Goody Guide collection which remains an inspirational and valued resource to marketing professionals nationwide. Steve’s passion remains industry leading on delivering client focussed processes and solutions, considering the clients needs through their eyes. Steve’s creative flair not only comes through in the Indigo branding, but has been seen over the years in his major home renovation and garden projects. Steve’s a huge gardening enthusiast and keeps a dozen chickens for their eggs which are enjoyed by many.
Liam Johnson-Hicks Account Manager	Favourite Promotional Product Mole Notebook   Hobbies Football, Fishing   Favourite Holiday Destination Dominican Republic   In 2019 Emily’s husband joined the team from a management background delivering global excellence in customer service with THG. Liam has quickly become a highly regarded and efficient National Key Accounts Manager and currently holds the record for securing the largest single order, exceeding the previous record by quite some way! As well as his long standing hobbies of fishing and football, Liam enjoys spending time developing his culinary skills following his earlier years as a Chef.	Sharon Johnson Director	Favourite Promotional Product Vacuum Bottle   Hobbies Knitting & Stitching   Favourite Holiday Destination Switzerland   Sharon’s multi-faceted role over the years has greatly aided the business in achieving its objectives, her support both front of house and behind the scenes has been invaluable. Sharon’s personal resolve owing to her battle with Myotonic Dystrophy is admirable, demonstrating such inspirational strength in the face of adversity. Sharon is well know for her amazing quiche’s using the fresh eggs from the garden hens, she often makes them in batches much to the appreciation of the family and neighbours!
Phil Thomas Artworker	Favourite Promotional Product Draco LED Keychain Light   Hobbies Eating and running to work off the food   Favourite Holiday Destination Australia   An absolute whizz with the Apple MAC and associated graphics packages, Phil joined the team In 2015 with valued specialist industry experience gained in the Potteries. Phil is a great ‘hands on’ team player and a calming steady influence when there are deadlines to meet and the pressure is on. Phil is our ‘Indigo Sportsman’ being a regular marathon and park runner, he amazes us all with the regularity and distances he runs.	Liz Noad Accounts	Favourite Promotional Product Branded Vegan Chocolate   Hobbies   Favourite Holiday Destination   Not only does Liz manage the Sage system and operate the day to day accounts keeping the team on the right track, she brightens up the working day with her great energy and zest for life. Liz who is a devoted multiple cat owner, also dances and places great importance on keeping fit and healthy. Liz has been know to extend her baking skills into the office, even making a Vegan cake for the team - but you will have to ask Emily about that one!

Zac has lots of ideas and ambition, it will be interesting to follow Zac’s progress over the coming years! “I love working at Indigo as I learn a lot of new things, I love to drink Tea & J20! The main thing I like is having a McDonalds on fatty Friday”.
